Description:

Before granulation,we should crush the waste PVC material and mill the waste pvc material crushed into pvc powder;then we could convey the pvc powder into hot cutting granulating machine for pelleting.With the different design of screw,the line could granulate the recycled material of hard pvc,soft pvc and waste pvc.

This PP PE granulator machine is widely used for waste plastic PE PP material, such as clean HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE film flake, clean PE bag, etc. The material go through transmission system, extrusion system, cooling system and collect system will turn to be clean perfect pellets for reuse. You can choose double stage or single stage extruder according to the cleanliness of your material.
